Mr. Virender Bist, the owner of this fine restaurant, was born in New Delhi, India’s Capital, which is situated in Northern India. Mr. Bist trained in a Five Star hotel, the Taj Mahal, for three years and then worked as a chef in the same hotel for another five years. Having cooked food for the fine diners of India’s wealthy elite, it is no surprise that Mr. Bist has a reputation as one of the best Indian chefs in Melbourne.
